Special Orders
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your special order. Fabric orders require payment in full.
Special orders are custom ordered just for you and are not returnable-no exceptions.
Special order time frames are an estimate only. The time frames are not guaranteed.
Special orders will be returned to stock with no refund after 30 days.
Try it at Home
Take home a lamp, small table or artwork for 24 hours by leaving a credit card number with us. Call us within 24 hours and let us know you are keeping the item and we will then charge it to your card. Return the item within 24 hrs in original condition at no charge. We are sorry that no fabric items may be taken home in this program.  Any damage requires payment in full.

Delivery
Delivery is free in the Richmond Hill area.  All deliveries are scheduled for after 5pm.
Delivery to the Savannah area can be scheduled for a nominal fee.
Delivery personel will not move or rearrange existing funiture etc. Please  have area cleared before arrival.
You can pick up your furniture.  All pick-ups to be scheduled after 5pm.
All furniture must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.
Payment in full is required before delivery or pick-up.

Refunds and Returns
All Sales are Final.
Lay-Aways
We are now accepting lay aways. Minimum purchase of $100 required. Maximum lay- away term is 90 days. No lay-away on special orders.
